The Chair of Southern Voices is responsible for, well, nearly everything! This includes including coordinating the work of fellow Committee members and other helpers, chairing Committee meetings, and formal liaison with the Musical Director.

Our Secretary is responsible for the general administration of Southern Voices, including membership applications and rehearsal arrangements.

Our Treasurer is responsible for financial matters including budgeting, the collection of subscriptions and other income, and payment of invoices.

The Committee has up to 4 ordinary members, in addition to the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer,

Responsible for liaising with venues and making practical arrangements for concerts 

The Librarian finds cost-effective sources for each item on the forthcoming concert programmes.  The scores are purchased, hired or (subject to copyright) copied.  The music is distributed to members at the first rehearsal of each term.  Hired music is returned to the Librarian immediately after each concert.
